Welcome to NRI Vivaham. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NRI Vivaham mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NRI Vivaham ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to marry under applicable laws to use this Service. The Service is intended for individuals seeking matrimonial alliances. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You may only maintain one active account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete profile information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful matrimonial purposes. You shall not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information or photos.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

4. Profile Content & License

You retain ownership of the photos, biodata, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content and accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the right to share such content and grant NRI Vivaham a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your User Content for:

  • operating and providing the Service;
  • displaying your profile to other users;
  • marketing, advertising, and promotional materials (including social media, website, app store listings, and campaigns), without additional compensation.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms. We may verify profiles at our discretion; however, verification does not guarantee the accuracy of all user-provided information. You are solely responsible for evaluating potential matches.

5. AI & Kundali Matching

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) for profile matching and Kundali (horoscope) compatibility suggestions. These features are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional matrimonial, astrological, or religious advice.

AI can make mistakes. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Kundali and AI match scores are automated estimates and should not be the sole basis for any matrimonial decision.

Before relying on AI or Kundali results, consult a qualified astrologer, priest, counselor, or other professional. NRI Vivaham does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any AI or Kundali feature.

6. Matching & Communication

The Service facilitates introductions between users. We do not guarantee any specific match or outcome. All communications between users are at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription or plan. All fees are displayed before you complete payment.

Payments are processed by Razorpay through their secure hosted payment page. When you pay, you are redirected to Razorpay to enter your payment details and complete the transaction. We do not collect, store, or process your card, UPI, wallet, or bank account details on our servers. Payment information is handled solely by Razorpay in accordance with applicable payment security standards and regulations. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. There is no automatic debit or recurring charge. When your plan expires, you must manually purchase again to continue access to paid features.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription or purchase, including partial, unused, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, software, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by NRI Vivaham and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI matching, Kundali compatibility scores, or any automated recommendations. The Service is not a marriage broker and does not guarantee matrimonial success.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRI Vivaham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users or decisions made based on AI or Kundali features.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
