NRI Vivaham suggests matches based on your profile, preferences, and community. You can browse new matches, review pending requests, accept or decline interest, and connect with mutual matches. Once matched, you can chat securely within the app.

The app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest compatible profiles and provides Kundali (horoscope) compatibility based on birth details you enter on your profile — such as date, time, and place of birth. These features are for informational purposes only. AI can make mistakes. Before making any matrimonial decision based on AI or Kundali results, please consult a qualified astrologer, priest, or counselor.

By uploading photos and accepting our Terms of Service, you grant NRI Vivaham permission to use your profile content — including photos — for marketing and promotional materials such as social media, website, and app campaigns. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for full details.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. When you purchase a plan, you are redirected to Razorpay's hosted payment page where you complete the transaction. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, wallet, or bank details on our servers.

No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew and there is no automatic debit. When your plan expires, you must manually purchase again to continue accessing paid features.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription or purchase, including partial, unused, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. After deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

If you encounter a suspicious, fake, or inappropriate profile, please report it through the app or contact us at support@nrivivaham.com. We review reports and may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
