Welcome to NRI Vivaham. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NRI Vivaham mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NRI Vivaham ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to marry under applicable laws to use this Service. The Service is intended for individuals seeking matrimonial alliances. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You may only maintain one active account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete profile information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful matrimonial purposes. You shall not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information or photos.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

4. Profile Content & Verification

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your profile content within the Service. We may verify profiles at our discretion; however, verification does not guarantee the accuracy of all user-provided information. You are solely responsible for evaluating potential matches.

5. Matching & Communication

The Service facilitates introductions between users. We do not guarantee any specific match or outcome. All communications between users are at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party app store providers (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and their respective terms apply. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, software, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by NRI Vivaham and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not a marriage broker and do not guarantee matrimonial success.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRI Vivaham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
